If you too are an app entrepreneur who have made it in the app world without spending a penny on promoting their app. And I've known entrepreneurs who've earned more than a million dollars selling their app, largely promoting it for free. Well here is a few pointers on what you could do better.
Paid advertising is a great way to guide more traffic to your site and increase business, but you got to pai for it and it can become expensive quickly if you aren’t careful. How do you make sure you are getting the most out of your paid ads? Will starting an aggressive Google AdWords campaign work in your case? How do we make sure that our paid advertising is performing as it should be? Well we will not be answering any of those questions here directly.
In my experience, it does not make sense to keep on paying for advertising to get customers because at some point your app will reach the max number of uses. What we do is simply advertise a little periodically mostly during the launch period and then stop doing so until such time as we determine that we can use a bit more. You should advertise as much as you can for free, and learn to let go of an unsuccessful app to start a again with a new idea.
